University of Peshawar CDC Capacity Building
May 4-7, 2019: A three-day capacity development program for the staff of Career Development Center (CDC) & Alumni Relations, University of Peshawar (UoP) was hosted at the IBA, Karachi. The IBA's CDC & Alumni Affairs department trained the UoP team on the basics of establishing effective systems and processes to ensure smooth function of the unit. Moreover, the team was also provided extensive training on mechanism, processes, tools & techniques of practicing effective career counseling, and were also coached to institutionalize the career development center and establish a stable alumni relations unit. Mr. Haris Tohid Siddiqui, Senior Manager-Corporate Relations and Communications and Mr. Danish Imtiaz, Manager-CDC were the learning facilitators for this whole intervention.
