He is the Head of Career Development Centre of IBA since November 2022.

He has worked with multiple blue-chip corporations such as Nestle, Reckitt, Shan Foods, and Novo Nordisk in a variety of Commercial Roles.

His diverse corporate experience uniquely positions him to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing career opportunities and fostering the success of students at IBA Karachi.

Ambreen Barwani

Ms. Ambreen is a highly motivated professional with a proven track record in education, training, and program management. With over ten years of experience in both public and private sector institutes, she has consistently achieved outstanding results in empowering individuals for success. Passionate about fostering future-ready skills, she goes above and beyond to ensure a thriving and rewarding career journey.

Shiraz Ahmed

Mr. Shiraz has been associated with the CDC department since March 2004, ultimately gaining experience in talent marketing, human resources practices, sourcing, interviews, recruitment drive, assessment center. He has been facilitating the recruitment processes of some of the top MNCs and local companies operating in Pakistan for the past many years. Being the CDC's oldest gun, he is well-known across all industries.

Muhammad Fahad Hanif

Mr. Fahad is a marketing professional with more than 6 years of corporate experiences. He has hands-on knowledge of implementing Corporate Sales Strategies, B2B Marketing, Managing E-Commerce Channels, Project Management, Incubation services, Business Development, Social Media and Digital Marketing, and Corporate Communication in Pakistan & U.A.E. During his short but hardcore span of corporate career, he has bagged and developed skills in these areas to enhance capabilities for Strategic Alliances. He primarily looks after the on-campus recruitment events.

Tehreem Noman

Ms. Tehreem Noman, with over 10 years' experience, is known for her expertise in corporate implementation, event management, and fostering effective teamwork. Her strong interpersonal skills and commitment to excellence have led to streamlined processes and enhanced program effectiveness. Currently at CDC, she excels in facilitating guest speaker sessions, conducting market research, and analyzing student reports, making her a valuable asset in any professional environment.

Goher Batool

Goher Batool holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and has been contributing to the professional development and research sector for the past two years. With a strong background in consumer insights, data analysis, and research. In addition to career counseling, Ms. Goher also assists in operations and design, bringing a creative and analytical approach to enhancing student experiences and institutional processes.

Malik Asadullah Awan

Malik Asadullah Awan is a software engineer with experience in both tech and career development. He previously worked at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) for one years. Currently at the Career Development Center (CDC), IBA, he serves as a Graphic Designer, manages all on-campus recruitment drives, and oversees the CDC’s social media presence. He is known for his creativity, technical skills, and commitment to enhancing student-employer engagement.

Kulsom Abas

Kulsom Abas is a Social Science graduate with over three years of experience in education, research, and student development. She has contributed to international research projects at AKU and AKU-IED. At IBA CDC, she provides graduate school counseling, resume reviews, and leads student engagement initiatives. Her role focuses on empowering students through meaningful guidance and strategic interventions alongside the senior manager.

Rukhsar Shahid

Rukhsar Shahid is a key contributor to the IBA Career Development Center (CDC), leveraging her extensive background in operations and coordination to support critical initiatives. Her responsibilities encompass the employer engagement, and the administration of IBA's job portal. Her experience in competitive sports and customer service complements her goal-driven approach to fostering student career development and strengthening employer relations.
