The Maverick Mentorship Program is tailored for the graduating batch, aiming to prepare final-year students for their professional careers. It includes CV review sessions where industry experts provide personalized feedback and mock interviews to help students practice and refine their interviewing skills. Additionally, students gain valuable industry insights, making the Maverick program an invaluable resource for graduating batches.

2. Parvaaz Mentorship Program

Originally launched for the IBA Computer Science school this spring, the Parvaaz Mentorship Program has now been expanded to include students from School of Economics and Social Sciences as well. In this program, each mentee is paired with a dedicated mentor, ensuring personalized guidance and flexible meeting schedules tailored to the mentee's needs and the mentor's availability for an impactful mentorship.

3. Mock interviews Power hour

A mock interview Power hour session was hosted by IBA to equip students for real-world challenges with expert guidance and constructive feedback from industry professionals.
