The mentorship programs are designed to provide students with essential personal grooming and professional development conversations with industry experts.
1. Maverick Mentorship Program
The Maverick Mentorship Program is tailored for the graduating batch, aiming to prepare final-year students for their professional careers. It includes CV review sessions where industry experts provide personalized feedback and mock interviews to help students practice and refine their interviewing skills. Additionally, students gain valuable industry insights, making the Maverick program an invaluable resource for graduating batches.
2. Parvaaz Mentorship Program
Initially launched for the IBA Computer Science school this spring, the Parvaaz Mentorship Program will soon be extended to other schools as well. In this program, each mentee is assigned a dedicated mentor, allowing for personalized guidance and flexible meeting schedules based on the mentee's needs and mentor's availability.
