#SuccessStories - Mahnoor Mehdi made it to the Citigroup's regional headquarters
As part of Citi's Regional Summer Analyst program, Mahnoor attended a week-long training program at Citigroup's regional headquarters in Canary Wharf in London. Through this experience, she was able to build a truly global network just at the start of her professional career. The diverse intern class included analysts joining from all across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
The training was centered around the development of soft skills such as teamwork, presentation, and networking, as well as technical skills such as financial modeling, operating the Bloomberg terminal, and valuation, needed to succeed at this role. Speaker sessions from senior business leaders were organized to give newcomers practical insights into the banking industry.
