Study Trip at Lucky Textile Mills Limited
Ms. Sidra Mehmood, Head of O.D & Excellence welcomed IBA students and briefly discussed the mission, vision, HR initiatives & practices along with diverse business models and how they are the top pioneers in the textile export industry of Pakistan. It was followed by a brief introduction with the CAD designing, production, and safety team so that each student must follow SOPs and precautionary measures during the visit. This career excursion highlights the complete insight into the manufacturing process, quality control, and how they cater to the demands of international clientele.
Students gain a lot of practical knowledge about leading textile manufacturers since 1983, with over 38 years of experience, which prioritize technological advancements and provide an exceptional working environment having specialization in fabrics, garments, and home furnishings and meticulous attention to detail and sustainable practices.
