Seminar on Competition Commission of Pakistan
November 23, 2023, IBA Career Development Center hosted delegation from the Competition Commission of Pakistan Mr. Salman Amin, Member (Officer of Fair Trade, Exemption, and Advocacy), CCP, Mr. Shahzad Hussain, Director General (Advocacy & legal) / Registrar CCP, and Mr. Ahmed Qadir, Director General, Competition Policy and Research, CCP.
Mr. Shahzad briefed our students on various sections of Competition Law, He emphasised the commission's pivotal role in overseeing deceptive marketing practices, shedding light on the mechanisms employed to ensure fair trade and competition within the market.
