Roundtable on Women’s Economic Participation and Workplace Equity

On December 4, 2025, IBA Karachi students hosted a Roundtable on Women’s Economic Participation and Workplace Equity. Industry professionals and students explored workforce barriers, inclusive policies, and the economic impact of equitable workplaces. The session featured Jawad Hashmi, Sharleen Ansari, Misbah Maaz, Maaz Khan, Tehseen Valjee, and moderator Faheem Vohra.
