Recruitment Drives at the IBA

The IBA Career Development Center continues to provide the best job placements opportunities for its students via campus recruitment drives where prospective employers scout for the best talent and hire them. During the week, Bank Al-Falah Limited, Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan Limited, L'Oreal Pakistan, Mondelez International and visited the IBA Main Campus for their recruitment drives.

February 18, 2019: Pakistan's 6th largest bank, Bank Al-Falah Limited's team oriented the students about the Management Trainee Program at the IBA Karachi main campus. The program offers an opportunity for the students to grow into future leaders of the organization.

February 19, 2019: The Dubai Islamic Bank Limited conducted an information session for its Management Associate Program 2019. The session was followed by the screening interviews of 40 students. DIBL provides the possibility of a dynamic and challenging career and offers mutually rewarding careers in all the fields of banking.

February 19, 2019: L'Oreal Pakistan conducted their annual recruitment drive for their L'Oreal Brandstorm Competition at the IBA Karachi. The L'Oreal team shared the history of L'Oreal Brandstorm and spoke about how their products became some of the most popular products in the world. The team further described the hiring process for L'Oral Brandstorm. The campus recruitment session was followed by inviting the audience to the Coffee Chat Sessions where they mentored the students in groups of 20.

February 20, 2019: Mondelez International came to the IBA to recruit for their Graduate Trainee Program 2019. The company conducted an information session and an online assessment for the MBA program. 120 MBA students appeared for the online assessment. They further explained the hiring procedure through their online application form and encouraged students to apply.

February 21, 2019:, an Alibaba group company, visited the IBA Karachi for its recruitment drive. An information kiosk was set up by the company where students were able to interact with the team. The company conducted simultaneous information sessions for the diverse functions offered by them. The sessions were followed by mock interviews of the students of the graduating batch of 2019.
