Recruitment Drives at the IBA

The CDC continues to host various companies to scout for prospective candidates who can add value to their organizations. During the week, The House of Habib, Indus Motor Company Limited, Khaadi SMC Private Limited and Metro Cash and Carry conducted their recruitment drives at the IBA Karachi main campus.

February 25, 2019: The hiring team of Metro Cash & Carry introduced the Management Trainee Program 2019 with an engaging information session followed by an online assessment for the graduating class of MBA. The unique wholesale business-to-business model of Metro Cash & Carry is focused towards customer care, effective supply chain and a good working environment for the employees.

February 26, 2019: The House of Habib conducted an orientation session about the Management Trainee Program 2019. The House of Habib's Management Trainee program helps young talent to solve complex problems, manage projects, build social networks and meet the continuous challenges in the banking industry. The target batches included the undergraduate and graduate final year students of all programs.

February 27, 2019: The Indus Motor Company (Toyota Pakistan) introduced its Safety Leader Internship Program 2019 to the IBA students. This program includes a competition which aims to educate people regarding road safety and moving towards a safer traffic environment. Through this program, individuals with a flair for creativity and passion for leading to change will be given a platform to express themselves and create an impactful safety campaign. The winners will get an internship opportunity at the Indus Motor Company and will also win a fully funded trip to Singapore.

February 28, 2019: Khaadi SMC Private Limited introduced its Khaadi LEAD Management Trainee & Internship Program 2019 to the third-year and final-year students of all programs. The LEAD program is developed for young talent, who want to set the right trajectory for their career. It is designed to help the employees of Khaadi leverage their strengths and to ensure Khaadi remains a place where leaders thrive. The program is also focused on developing leadership capabilities and accelerating the students' professional growth.
