Mock Interviews
April–May 2021: Simulated online interviews were organized to prepare junior and senior students for their preparation of real-time interviews.
The mock interviewers were given a detailed guideline, including some basic screening questions and a Student Feedback Report to be shared with the interviewees. More than 150 of students registered for this segment. 26 professionals made themselves available to conduct these interviews scheduled from April to June 2021. Each candidate was scheduled for a 15-20 minutes of formal online screening interview followed by 5-10 minutes of feedback on his/her performance. 56 students appeared for the interviews and 19 mock interviewers conducted the interviews so far.
