Recruitment Drives at the IBA | Unilever Future Leaders' Program (UFLP) and Unilever Internship Program (ULIP)
February 6, 2020: Unilever Pakistan conducted a recruitment drive at the IBA Karachi Main Campus. Students were oriented about Unilever Future Leaders' Program (UFLP) and Unilever Internship Program (ULIP) in detail, along with their respective application processes. The orientation was followed by interactive brand activation activities.
The UFLP includes rotations within and across various functions, with appraisals by the line manager at regular intervals, to give trainees the freedom and space to identify and work on their strengths and developing areas. The ULIP gives students the chance to gain hands-on experience of working on and tackling real business situations. The learning environment, formal training, and networking and growth opportunities at Unilever Pakistan help mold trainees and interns into confident, creative and innovative young professionals.
