Recruitment Drives at the IBA | The League, Management Trainee Programme, and Internship Programme of Habib Bank Limited
February 4, 2020: An orientation session for The League, Management Trainee Programme, and Internship Programme, of Habib Bank Limited, was conducted at the IBA Karachi Main Campus.
The Head of Talent and HR Relationship Management, Ms. Sara Beg, initiated the session. She informed students regarding the application process of MT and Internship programs, after which the online test portal was opened for junior and senior students.
The League aims to instill leadership skills and confidence in trainees during the 18 month long programme, while the Internship Programme gives students an opportunity to explore, plan and execute ideas as they work on real business projects.
"We want to be a licensed technology company," shared Head - Global Operations at HBL, Mr. Nassir Salim, while talking about his experience in the company. A few of the Management Trainees of HBL shared their experience, and talked about the comprehensive and rigorous nature of the MT Program that has helped them grow into confident young professionals, who are ready to lead and conquer.
