Industry Visit – HBL
On February 28: Students of Introduction to Services Marketing, led by Mr. Syed Atif Murtaza Qaiser, visited HBL. Ali Habib (CMO) discussed Sports Marketing in Pakistan, while Wasif Rana (Head, Contact Centre Services) spoke about Customer Experience & Service Excellence. The visit included a Q&A session, an ice-breaking activity, and a PSL ticket giveaway.
