IBA – CDC andd United Bank Limited signed an MOU
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi and United Bank Limited signed an MOU on Thursday, February 16. The agreement was signed at UBL head office by Mr. Atif Murtaza Head of Career Development Center, IBA, and Mr. Abdul Jabbar Jenejo, Group Executive Human Resource, UBL.
Other participants included Mr. Shiraz Ahmed - Senior Executive, Career Development Center, IBA. Mr. Syed Adeel Zaidi, Senior Manager-Talent Acquisition, UBL and Mr. Faraz Saeed Baig, Divisional Head – Talent Acquisition & Head HR International, UBL.
The purpose of this MoU is to provide mutual support in bridging up the gap between academia and industry. In accordance with the MoU, the Bank will work with the IBA on a collective strategy to update and design course content and provide input on a range of subjects. The Bank will also explore trainings at our Centers of Excellence for their executives, participates in talent hunt drives, experiential learning programs (ELP), career fairs, and other such initiatives.
