IBA – CDC organized a study tour at Feroze1888 Mills Limited
On October 3rd, 2022: The IBA Career Development Centre organized a study tour to Feroze1888 Mills Limited for IBA students. They explored the weaving and packing department along with Feroze1888 safety expert team, which provided all the safety measures to students due to close contact with machinery during the field trip. Students were demonstrated with all the heavy machinery used in manufacturing and fabrication of top-quality towels from raw material into finished goods and how Feroze1888 is catering to the needs of international clientele to become one of the leading manufacturer and exporter of specialized yarn & terry products not only in Pakistan but across the globe.
After this trip, Ms. Quratul Ain Arsalan, Senior Manager – Centralized HR, and Mr. Khaleek Kohistani, Senior Executive – Learning and Development briefly oriented students about their company's journey, recruitment policies, management cadres, training & skills development initiatives, and talent management system. The session was followed by a feedback activity and Q/A session in which students thoroughly clarified all queries. At the end of this trip, gifts were presented to IBA students and souvenirs were exchanged between both the entities.
