March 28th, 2022: The IBA Career Development Center met with the HR team at Hilal Foods. Areas of possible cooperation between the two entities were discussed at length. Hilal Foods has indicated that it intends to launch a formal management trainee program for next year. They're going to hire IBA interns this summer.
Mr. Danish Imtiaz, Senior Manager - CDC, presented an update on the numerous services provided by the center. Some of the new initiatives taken by the center were also shared. Ms. Salma Faizan, Senior Manager-HR and Mr. Mirza Kashif Baig, Talent Acquisition Manager & HR Business Partner at Hilal Foods briefly discussed the possibilities of partnership and enhanced cooperation with IBA.
Among many areas of partnership, the Hilal Food team ensures support in terms of recruiting, providing corporate expertise and experiential learning projects. Hilal Food will also organize a guided tour of their facilities for IBA students in the near future.
