Guest Speaker Session with Team Fatima Group
On December 8th, 2022: Career Development Center, IBA Karachi. organized a guest speaker session with team Fatima Group (FG). Mr. Junaid Asrar Khan, Head of Talent Sustainability, and Ms. Wajeeha Mohsin, Lead Talent Sustainability were invited for the session.
Mr. Junaid started the session by giving their industry overview and highlighted some new businesses in the industry. Discussing "Our Winning Culture" he stated, "our decisions are based on numbers not intuitions", and also mentioned that our preference is to be the best-in-class system.
Further, he focused on interventions for ensuring business sustainability and growth, HR digital transformation and their future roadmap, their performance philosophy, employee development where he stated that the development of our employee is our priority, also emphasized on GROW model and its implementation for their employee development. Mr. Junaid shared their career growth philosophy as well.
Later, Ms. Wajeeha proceeded the session presenting their Empower to Lead (E2L) program and their hiring process. She also gave special focus on their employee wellbeing initiative in which she highlighted the work life transformation after COVID-19 and its influence on employee wellbeing and how FG's this initiative helped their workforce.
The session was held physically and streamed virtually institute wide as well.
