On February 24, IBA CDC organized a Guest Speaker Session with Mr. Tanweer Shariq – Senior Manager Plant Operations at Imtiaz Supermarket in collaboration with Faculty Dr. Muhammad Imran – Assistant Professor for the class of Production and Operations Management.
Mr. Tanweer is an experienced professional with 15 years of FMCG industry, aspects of operations, supply chain, and RND. In the session, he briefly discussed Warehousing at Imtiaz, SAP module, reviewing raw material and storage, product operations, warehousing of finished goods, & KPIs of warehousing and logistics.
Students find this session very useful and informative, and the Question and Answer session was entertained also
