October 28, 2021; The IBA CDC in collaboration with Associate Professor, IBA Karachi, Dr. Kamran Mumtaz organized a session at the IBA Karachi. Head Customer Experience, HBL, Ms. Shar Bano delivered a session to MBA students on Innovation & Design.
Shar Bano initiated her conversation by explaining that the behavior of the loan or the bank products has not changed, but the way it is processed has changed. She emphasized to think of the topics which are away from BAU (Business as Usual). She further added that creative ideas create free space.
She quoted, "We used customers' complaints and improved our performance with innovation and design. Every complaint is a problem and an opportunity for us."
The session ended with an interactive discussion with the faculty and students.
