Corporate Connect Series | CEO, EZBuy
March 6, 2022, the IBA Career Development Center as part of its 'Corporate Connect Series' organized a guest speaking session with Chief Executive Officer - Ezbuy Pakistan, Mr. Kamran Shuakat in collaboration with Professor, Dr. Abdullah Zafar Sheikh for his class of Executive MBA of Organizational Behavior course.
Mr. Kamran started the session by giving the historic background of the Parables of Lord Nicholas Fouquet, 1615-1680 by connecting dots with his leadership and bureaucratic skills. The theme of the presentation led to managerial psychology like being loyal, being careful in communication and networking. He also focused on the Hierarchy which run the organization. "Who is talking to whom, does not matter. You cannot know what other people see in you," he stated.
He also emphasized on entrepreneurship. "Make sure your product has demand", he emphasized. Students asked several questions and found the session very interactive.
