CDC X bridgED: My Vision for Higher Education – a dialogue for change
On March 5, 2026, the IBA CDC hosted “My Vision for Higher Education – A Dialogue for
Change” under the BridgED initiative, bringing together ~200 participants from
academia and industry. The session addressed key challenges such as
employability, talent retention, and climate vulnerability, emphasizing the
need for future-ready graduates, interdisciplinary learning, and stronger
collaboration between academia, industry, and policymakers.
