Corporate Connect Series | Implementing CRM
April 2, 2021: The IBA CDC collaborated with visiting faculty, IBA, Dr. Syed Asim Ali to organize a guest speaker session for the students.
Head of Care Operations at Careem, Ms. Amna Naeem was invited to conduct a session on Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Ms. Naeem has ample experience in operations management from various companies such as Daraz and Telenor.
Ms. Amna shed light on the subject of CRM and its importance in any firm. She emphasized that CRM requires a lot of research which comes from handling of vast arrays of customer data including consumer trends. She explained how complex algorithms help businesses acquire knowledge to understand changing consumer behaviour and trends. Through these insights, businesses can form effective strategies and improve customer services. Ms. Amna shared how Careem's Care Operations Department handles customer-related issues.
It was an informative and interactive session. The speaker conducted the session spectacularly.
