ALFA LEAD Focus Group

Bank Alfalah Limited hosted a focus group for Industrial-Academia Linkages in which Institute of Business Administration, Habib University, FAST-NUCES Karachi (Official), and Lahore University of Management Sciences participated along with their team members Atif Murtaza - Head of IBA CDC, Muhammad Fahad Hanif - Senior Executive IBA CDC, Maryam Shaikh - Executive at IBA CDC, Mr. Shoaib Khan - Assistant Director Office of Career Services at Habib University, and Mr. Muhammad farrukh - Faculty at FAST-NUCES Karachi (Official).

Mr. Rehan Naeem, Head of Culture Enablement, Leadership Development, DE&I (Chief Happiness Enabler), warmly welcomed the team and provided insights into Bank Alfalah's remarkable journey in enhancing the cultural experience within the bank.

The agenda for this insightful meeting included the current preferences of students and discussing strategies to redirect their interest toward the banking sector, arranging personal development sessions. Discussing the possibility of arranging mentorship and student development programs where Bank Alfalah employees can provide career counseling to students. Exploring collaborations to involve students in projects that could enhance their employability, such as final-year projects.
