Recruitment Drives | ADP EDGE Program
February 25, 2020: Team AbuDawood Pakistan conducted a Recruitment Drive at the IBA Karachi Main Campus. Representatives from the company set up a kiosk where students could interact with them to know more about the ADP EDGE Program.
It consists of an Associate Trainee Program for final year Undergraduate students, and a Management Trainee Program for final year Graduate students. Moreover, ADP's Internship Program is open to 3rd year students at Undergraduate level, and 1st year students at Graduate level. The Associate Trainee and Management Trainee Programs both are one-year rotational program, in at least two functions, after which they will be given a leadership role in the company.
The students got the chance to know more about the application process and were given some tips for the focus groups and interviews. The application process for all Programs is online, and consists of an online application, online assessment, focus group and final interview.
