The Experiential Learning Projects (ELP) is a mandatory 4-month consulting program which involves final semester BBA and BS-Accounting & Finance students, working in the form of groups, to conduct primary and field research, analyze the issue that warrants investigation and propose effective solutions for partner organizations. The aim of this program is not only the acquisition of industry knowledge but also the introduction of IBA students to the prospective organizations.
