Recruitment Drives at the IBA

The CDC hosts various on-campus recruitment drives to support students in deciding their future career paths and helping them search for internships and jobs. GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan, Shan Foods Limited, Abu Dawood Pakistan, Nielsen Pakistan and The Citizens Foundation Pakistan conducted different recruitment activities at the IBA Karachi.

March 20, 2019: GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan oriented students about the GSK Future Leaders Program 2019. The management trainee program targeted the graduating batches of all programs. The session helped students learn more about the GSK FLP 2019 and how it challenges and supports the students to grow professionally and personally. The program includes rotations working on live projects alongside experts in industry and working with a variety of different markets and cultures.

March 20, 2019: The Citizens Foundation Pakistan organized an information session for the Alumni Development Program (TCF-ADP) 2019. The program offers a distinctive experiential social internship for passionate individuals. Students from a rich variety of academic disciplines were eligible to participate for the summer internship program. The session was followed by on-campus interviews based on the students' applications.

March 25, 2019: Shan Foods Limited introduced the Shan Foods Management Trainee Program 2019 to the final-year students of all programs. The recruitment drive started with an information session about the company and its products. The 5-step process of recruitment from online registration to the final interview was explained in detail. The session concluded with an interactive question and answer segment followed by an online recruitment test.

March 27, 2019: Nielsen Pakistan provided comprehensive understanding about the recruitment process of the company to the audience. The session was followed by interviews for Nielsen Pakistan's Management Trainee Program 2019.

March 28, 2019: Abu Dawood Pakistan conducted a session to introduce the ADP EDGE Trainee Program 2019. ADP EDGE Trainee Program is a rigorous 12 months' program, targeting fresh undergraduates and graduates. The program is designed in a way in which trainees are rotated in different departments to get a holistic picture of Abu Dawood Pakistan's business and flavor of various departments. The drive targeted the graduating batches of 2019. The information session was followed by an online assessment.
