Recruitment Drives at the IBA | EMPOWER TO LEAD
January 22, 2020: The Career Development Center hosted Fatima Group to conduct a recruitment drive at the IBA Karachi Main Campus.
Fatima Group is a progressive business conglomerate in Pakistan, with strong portfolio of products and services. It is a significant player in the growth and sustainability of important industries of the Country.
Recruitment team from Fatima Group under the tag name EMPOWER TO LEAD conducted an online test for the Graduate Program. Lead talent sustainability, Mr. Junaid Asrar Khan actively initiated the session by interacting with students to motivate them. Former IBA graduates and employees of Fatima group shared their experiences of working at Fatima Group. Head of talent acquisition, Mr. Adeel Anwar shared his expertise and made students to ponder about their U.S.P to excel in an interview.
The session proceeded with a quiz followed by an online test and interviews.
