IBA CDC organized Experiential Learning Projects (ELP) experience debrief meeting with faculty supervisors
29th July 2022: IBA Career Development Center (CDC) organized an Experiential Learning Projects (ELP) experience debrief meeting at the IBA main campus. The idea of this forum was to gain insights from the faculty supervisors of the projects in order to bring some changes to the program for the next year. More than 120 projects were executed in Spring 2022 with over 450 students from the BBA and BS-Accounting & Finance programs. This is the largest number of projects and student body being managed in ELP since its inception.
Dr. Asif Jaffer, Assistant Professor & ELP Coordinator along with Mr. Danish Imtiaz, Senior Manager – CDC moderated the discussion. Faculty members who supervised these ELPs took part in this discussion forum and shared their overall experiences in managing these projects. Most of them were appreciative of this program as it brings multifold benefits to our students before they move on in their careers. They also highlighted some areas of improvement which includes improving the communication between all the stakeholders involved in the ELP.
