Information for Employers
IBA's Career Development Center (CDC) is committed to supporting a wide range of employers with effective recruitment solutions.
From SMEs to international companies, local third sector to national organizations, we can provide advice on the most suitable service or event to recruit our students and graduates.
With over 4500 students, studying over 350 courses, our students benefit from research-led teaching and are encouraged to gain skilled work experience through internships, placements and volunteering to equip them with a broad scope of life skills.
We have direct access to students and graduates, and can help you attract the perfect candidate.
See below for some of the ways we can help support your businesses:
Advertise an Internship Opportunity
Many students actively look for part time/seasonal employment through internships whilst studying at the institute. Students are great recruits, as they are a flexible and willing workforce with availability to work evenings, weekdays or weekends. Our students work as interns in various fields including marketing & branding, retail, hospitality, banking, administration, and many more. Students are also keen to work on a part-time role related to their course to help them gain relevant work experience.
You can advertise internship opportunities on the IBA Job Portal. Once you have registered as an employer, you can upload multiple recruitment opportunities as and when you have them.
Advertise a full time position / job
We have a vast range of skilled graduates ready to work across different sectors including, but not limited to; IT, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Academics, General Management & Administration, Banking, and Supply Chain.
You can post job opportunities on the IBA Job Portal. Once you have registered as an employer, you can upload multiple recruitment opportunities as and when you have them.
Advertise Volunteering Opportunities
Our dedicated students help charities and not-for-profit organizations promote skilled volunteering roles, which require regular commitment. These kind of roles are catered in our Responsible Social Initiative (RCI) / Social Internships, aim of which is to provide opportunity to our students to gain practical hands-on experience in community service. This exposure helps students in developing a sense of deep responsibility & commitment, and serves the purpose of creating awareness about the conditions/needs of the various segments of our society/community in which they spend their entire adult life. The idea is to provide students a platform to serve the community and utilize their knowledge/skills for the betterment of marginalized strata of society.
These roles will be promoted either across the entire campus or to an agreed cohort of students studying a subject area relevant to the volunteering role they are applying for.
We prefer to know your organization, understand your needs, and highlight the type of opportunities available via our service. Volunteering opportunities are advertised on the IBA Job Portal to ensure students with relevant skills and expertise can assist your organization's needs. We also support you in your volunteering recruitment process and offer free interview room and session space at IBA, if required.
For more information, contact our team on 021-38104701 (1177/1176/1183/1179) or post the volunteering opportunity on the IBA Job Portal.
We arrange a number of recruitment sessions and activities throughout the year to suit different employer and student needs.
