Recruitment Drives at the IBA

A large number of companies visit the IBA to conduct information sessions, assessment centers, employment tests and on-campus interviews to hire students. The students use these recruitment drives as a platform to secure internships and job offers and take industry insights. During the week, Bank AL Habib Limited, English Biscuit Manufacturers and K-Electric visited the IBA Karachi main campus to commence their recruitment processes.

March 5, 2019: Bank AL Habib Limited conducted a recruitment drive for its Management Trainee Program 2019. The drive included a short information session and an aptitude test for the Graduating Batch of 2019. The program is designed for career oriented graduates who are enthusiastic to start their career with a banking organization which provides them excellent learning and growth opportunities.

March 6, 2019: The hiring team of English Biscuit Manufacturers explained the entire selection process about EBM's Internship and Management Trainee program 2019. The process consists of an online test (PLI); screening interviews, assessment center and final interviews with the executive jury. The session concluded with an interactive question and answer session followed by an online test.

March 7, 2019: K-Electric introduced its Emerging Talent Programme (ETP) for full time positions targeting final year students and Aspiring Talent Programme (ATP) for Interns targeting Junior year/3rd Year Undergraduates. The orientation was followed by an online test. K-Electric is looking for committed and creative individuals to drive the company forward.
