Recruitment Drives at the IBA | L'Oréal Brandstorm 2020

February 13, 2020: L'Oréal Pakistan conducted an orientation and a coffee chat session about the L'Oréal Brandstorm 2020 at the IBA Karachi Main Campus.

"We don't just want to be a beauty company. We want to be a beauty-tech company," explained the Learning Director and Director Human Resources, Mr. Munir Kamil, while talking about the mission and objectives of L'Oréal.

L'Oréal has 36 global brands and is one of the most gender-balanced companies. Its culture promotes constant innovation and creativity by encouraging new ideas and their execution, based on their feasibility, and the feedback culture ensures constant improvement as well. The L'Oréal Brandstorm is an innovation competition that was first held in 1992. This year, the mission is to work towards a plastic-less beauty industry, and creating sustainability. Management Trainee at L'Oréal Pakistan, Mr. Alyshan Parvez, shared valuable advice regarding the Brandstorm and talked about his own experience of the competition and the company as well.

IBA Alumni currently working in L'Oréal shared their experience of the working environment and culture of the organization. The orientation was followed by coffee chat session, where groups of students got a chance to interact and network with various representatives.
