She has over 19 years of experience in Human Resources. As an entrepreneur and business leader, Ms. Rahila understands the challenges of leading a business and organization. She applies her real-work insights to her coaching assignments. As an organizational consultant, she has worked with over 100 local and multinational organizations in their leadership development.
