Recruitment drives in full swing at IBA

The L'Oréal Brandstorm team conducted coffee chats as part of their recruitment drive on Tuesday 24th January 2018 at the Institute of Business Administration Karachi.

The session started with a video highlighting all the brands that are part of the Loreal group such as Maybelline New York, Garnier, Lancôme to mention a few. Loreal claims to be the biggest beauty company in Pakistan.

The mission this year is to "INVENT THE PROFESSIONAL SALON EXPERIENCE OF THE FUTURE". The competition has 3 cash awards for 3 different team in 3 different categories which are Brand, CSR and Tech. With a total prize money of €30000 being equally divided by the 3 different categories.

Khaadi launches its Recruitment Drive 2018 at IBA

The pitch includes 3 slides about your team`s idea. Although a more detailed pitch will be required in the National finals and the World finals in Paris.

Coffee chats were conducted after the presentation which explained students what exactly the competition is and what areas should the participants focus on.

Pakistan Tobacco Company visited IBA for their recruitment drive on Tuesday 24th January 2018 at 3 pm. After an introductory video about the company, an IBA alumna Sabeen Kazi took the stage and described her journey from a Management Trainee to senior management role in the company.

The recruitment session was for the company`s "Global Graduate Program". This is a fast paced program with tremendous international exposure including 2 weeks of training and networking at the BAT (British American Tobacco) Academy where participants from all over the world will interact and learn from each other.

A test link was given to the students at the end of the session to complete an online intelligence assessment. Selected students from this test will participate in an assessment center. After further shortlisting one team from each university will participate in the competition "Battle of the Minds".
