Reckitt Benckiser conducts its recruitment drive 2018 at IBA
RB launched its nationwide recruitment program "RB League of Game Changers" on November 21st, 2017 at the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.
Syeda Ramsha Wasti, Management Trainee RB & IBA Alumna, started the session by sharing her story of applying to "RB League of Game Changers" last year, and how despite all the odds she managed to get through to the internship program and subsequently as Management Trainee at RB. She encouraged students to remain persistent and not to give up while competing in "RB League of Game Changers".
Fahad Ashraf, Marketing Director RB & an IBA Alumnus, then took the stage and spoke about the core values that RB focuses on and is looking for in the people they recruit. These values include Entrepreneurship, Achievement, Partnership, Ownership and Responsibility.
Neha Arif, HR Advisor RB then explained the specifics of the "RB League of Game Changers" to the students. As per the competition procedure, students have to make a team of three. Teams have a choice of either developing a business strategy for the next three years for "Scholl", a premium footwear product, or design a sustainable solution for the "Hoga Saaf Pakistan" campaign.
Munazza Kasmani, Head of HR RB, then revealed that RB is looking forward to hire 12 Management Trainees this year compared to just 6 last time. The session concluded by a Questions & Answer segment where students inquired various queries pertaining to the competition.
