Khaadi launches its Recruitment Drive 2018 at IBA

Khaadi launched its "LEAD Management Trainee" program at IBA on 22nd January 2018 at the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi.

The session started with a video expressing how inclusive Khaadi is as a brand as well as an organization. A brief overview was presented about the company which disclosed that Khaadi has 50+ retail locations in Pakistan along with 1000 retail workers at those locations. Approximately 200000 people visit Khaadi stores across Pakistan every month. The current annual revenue of Khaadi is approximately $200 million. Khaadi is currently in the midst of rapid expansion both locally and globally. According to Sharmin Raza, Head of HR at Khaadi and an IBA Alumnus, revenue has never been a problem for Khaadi but what they need are people who could help them in this expansion as well as help establish Khaadi globally.

Anum Liaqut, Management Trainee and a recent IBA graduate, also took the stage to shed light on her journey in Khaadi so far. She further stated that if growth and learning are what you are striving for then Khaadi is the best place to work.

In response to a question Sharmin Raza stated that Khaadi is inclusive for all type of personalities and not just particularly "Extroverts". Khaadi is looking for individuals who have a passion to succeed, confidence to challenge the status quo and has good team working skills.

The Khaadi LEAD program is an 18-month journey for undergraduates and 12 months for graduates. The initial phase of the recruitment process is online, and the deadline is 31st January. After which selected individuals will be invited for an assessment center on 15th February. Shortlisted individuals will be awarded a ticket to the "Khaadi House" where they will stay for the next 2 days in guest houses and will go through interviews with the senior leadership of Khaadi. The final results will be announced on 17th February 2018.
